Return Policy, Exchanges, and Refunds:

If you are unsatisfied with your purchase you may be eligible to return or exchange your order. Requests must be made within 30 days of receiving it. Items can be exchanged for a different product or returned for a refund when eligible.

Send us an email through our contact page to request a return or exchange. Buyer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Please note: Returned items must have no visible signs of wear or use and cannot have been washed, and some items may not be eligible for return or exchange.

Domestic Shipping

Once an order is placed you will receive an email (if provided) outlining your order. Items are generally shipped within 1 to 10 business days, but on rare occasions can take longer. Once an order ships you will be sent an email with a tracking number. If you need an item delivered by a specific date contact us before placing your order so that we can make sure that it will arrive on time.

International Shipping

Due to the rising cost of international shipping, ANY shipments that are returned to me due to erroneous or missing shipping information on the part of the seller will not be refunded the shipping portion of your order, if a refund is desired. If you still want your order you will be responsible for paying the postage cost again. So, make sure that your shipping info is correct before placing your order. International orders are shipped via USPS (unless another carrier is chosen) and in most cases the tracking is ineffective, therefore, I cannot be responsible for lost or missing international shipments. If an item is not returned to me by the post office after its initial shipment, a refund will not be provided. Buyers are responsible for paying any customs and import fees or taxes, this includes the VAT regulations, so please know your countries import regulations before placing an order.

Lost, Stolen, or Damaged in Transit

In the rare event your order is lost, damaged, or stolen during the shipping process, we are not responsible for replacing or refunding the items. We are working with the same information you are after the package is initially shipped. Contacting the local post office or USPS at 1 (800) 275-8777 is the best way to get answers or recover your package.

Any package shipped back to us as "Return To Sender" for failure to deliver/receive/collect from the carrier or facility or from an incorrect address, will be be issued a refund for the items. Please double check your shipping address!

How to Care for your T-shirts

You may wash the shirts however you see fit, but for best results and longevity of the shirt wash it inside out with like colors in cold or cool water. Hang drying is best, or at least use low heat. All screen printed garments will show wear over time, but using the best washing practices will ensure a longer lasting product.
